Jack and his team were so wonderful and kind and caring! They helped me with local tips and guidance even before I’d arrived. I had a change of plans and they were very understanding and accommodating. So much of the travelling experience is shaped by our interactions with people and it’s an utter pleasure and a privilege to be welcomed with such warmth and care.

Delicious spot for food. I didn’t stay, just enjoyed a meal. They had one top notch plant-based option, so that made my day. Tasty, nutritious and a lovely big serving. Thank you all!

We liked the food so much, we went back to try their Sunday roast, and it did not disappoint. The vegetables were seasonal and delicious, and the beef had great flavour. The only criticism was the fish pie we had the night before, it lacked a sauce, but when Pizza is as good as these folks make it, we over looked this.

Very accommodating at sorting a large table of 11 of us last minute. What a beautiful location, exterior of the building and the interior of the pub is cosy and charming. Good choice of drinks and food. Food we had was delicious and great quality. Service was great, staff were so nice and friendly. Specials board worth going for and if we’re in the area again, we will go back. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in and throughout our meal, the service was exceptional – attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell the team genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. We ordered pizzas and were blown away by how delicious they were. Clearly made with quality ingredients and proper attention to detail and up there with being one of the best pizzas in Bath. The setting is absolutely beautiful too and it's the perfect spot to relax with friends over dinner. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
