Always a fun spot to have a beer at when visiting Montreal and chat with friends. The atmosphere and choices of brews are great. Food is decent but doesn’t knock my socks off for the price.

This is a nice brasserie and brewhouse along Ave Laurier West. They have a fair sized indoor seating area and outdoor terrace style seating for days with good weather. Opening hours are 11.30am to late (weekdays) and 11am to late (weekends). Menu features French Canadian and pub style cuisine along with a nice range of draught and bottled beer selections. Visited recently while staying in Montreal and enjoyed a round of beers at Dieu Du Ciel. Stout was pretty good and cider was enjoyed as well. Service was friendly, environs great for an afternoon round. Would be happy to visit again based on this experience.

This spot knows craft beer — period. No matter the style, you’re guaranteed to find something you enjoy. From barrel aged beers to goses with lactose, there really is something for everyone. There is a reason they have been brewing for nearly 30 years!

The burger and nachos with smoked meat were good, and the beer had a unique and flavorful taste compared to other beers I've tried in Montreal. It was a bit pricey, but I’d definitely come back — great atmosphere too.
